(KNSI)- A man has been sentenced after being convicted of trying to solicit a teenage girl from Stearns County to have sex and send him nude pictures.
In September, Lance Davenport Jr. of Tracy, California, pleaded guilty to possessing pornographic work while being a registered sex offender. The 21-year-old was sentenced to nearly 5-years in prison.
Davenport convinced a 13-year-old girl to send him nude photos and videos of herself, solicited her to engage in sex acts, and sent a nude photo of himself.
Court records show Davenport was convicted in May of 2019 of possession of obscene matter in California.
