(KNSI) — A 54-year-old man is charged with two felonies after a woman says he came to her house, made threats, threw things, and smashed her window.
Police were called to a home in St. Cloud at about 9:15 p.m. April 6th after a woman said Xafier Michaels showed up to the house and pulled the front door open, and began shouting at her and accusing her of cheating. The woman told investigators Michaels picked up a chair and threw it at a glass door. She says he continued yelling and walking toward her, picking up a stroller and throwing it through the front window. She said Michaels threatened to kill another man at the home, saying he was going to “put a bullet in his head.”
Michaels was gone by the time police arrived.
He was arrested Wednesday and charged with felony domestic assault and felony terroristic threats. Bail has been set at $100,000.
His next court appearance is May 6th.
