The SPD says all summer long, their officers will be watching for kids making safe and positive choices and rewarding them with a certificate for a free ice cream cone at Mr. Twisty. It’s part of the Busted for Being Awesome Program.
Young people caught wearing a helmet while riding a bike, playing safely with others at the park, using the crosswalk and being kind could all earn free ice cream.
