(KNSI) – The ground was broken on a new 58-acre industrial park in Richmond. Inventure Real Estate is a St. Cloud based commercial real estate brokerage company developing 18 lots in the business park.
According to a press release, the multi-use Richmond Business Park will offer commercial, retail, and industrial tenants a prime location on the city’s newly-constructed extension of Main Street. The road is expected to be completed in November.
City officials and Inventure negotiated the deal over a year and broke ground on the property earlier this month. Richmond officials say the city had been talking about expanding to the undeveloped property for nearly a decade.
