(KNSI) – The St. John’s Boys Choir in Collegeville is celebrating four decades of singing with a live-streamed concert.

’40 Years Strong in Song’ will be free and open to the public and airs on Saturday, May 8th at 6 pm.

The concert will be on the front page of the St. John’s Boys’ Choir website.

The event will look at the choir’s 40-year legacy and look to the future.

The Boys’ Choir has been holding COVID-safe rehearsals in person since January to practice for the show.

Along with singing, the concert will have recorded performances, testimonials about the St. John’s community from the boys and parents, and more.

The live-streamed celebration and benefit is the only major event of the 2020-2021 season due to the pandemic.

The organization is hosting its regularly scheduled summer programming in the coming months.
