(KNSI) – St. Cloud residents have a new tool to keep tabs on how much water they’re using and to catch potential leaks before they become expensive problems.
St. Cloud Public Utilities has rolled out the MY360 portal, a free online platform that replaces the previous WaterSmart system. The portal lets customers view their water consumption data on demand from any device with an internet connection.
The system offers several features designed to help residents manage their usage. Customers can set out-of-town alerts to monitor consumption while they’re away, which can flag potential leaks. Users can also establish water threshold alerts to set a personal water budget and avoid surprises when the bill arrives.
City officials say the tool reflects an ongoing push to help residents conserve water and reduce costs. Drinking water is described as a precious resource, and the portal is being positioned as part of the city’s broader effort to give customers better information about their household consumption.
Residents can register for the portal at stcloudmn.my360-app.com. Those with questions can reach St. Cloud Public Utilities at 320-255-7286 or by email at WaterMeters.CustomerService@ci.stcloud.mn.us.
