(KNSI) — According to the St. Cloud City Engineer’s Office, effective immediately, north and southbound traffic on Lincoln Ave Northeast will operate under a flagging operation.
Between East St. Germain St to the North City Limits due to planned road improvements. Traffic will be maintained, but drivers are encouraged to seek an alternate route to avoid traffic delays.
This flagging operation will be in effect through Friday, September 26th.
