
SAINT CLOUD (KNSI) —
The Sauk Rapids Storm defeated the St. Cloud Apollo Eagles in high school boys basketball action on Tuesday night.
Elijah Moilanen scored 9 first half points to help the Storm build a 34-28 lead. He finished with 19 points and was named the All-Star Trophy and Awards Player of the Game.
The Storm continued to pull away in the second half and came away with a 68-55 win.
Quemar Gresham scored a team high 21 points for the Eagles.
With the win, Sauk Rapids improves to 7-4 while Apollo falls to 5-8.
