(KNSI) – Three beverage makers took home four awards at this weekend’s Craft Beer and Ciderfest in St. Cloud.
Downeast Cider House in East Boston took home the people’s choice award for best cidery (cider mill) and the Brewers Cup trophy with their Cider Donut. The best cider award went to Blake’s Hard Cider in Macomb County, Michigan, for their American Apple cider. The best brewery went to Mankato Brewing Company.
The awards were voted on by the more than 900 people who attended Saturday’s event at Dick Putz Field in St. Cloud. The winners were competing against 50 other drink makers and nearly 200 submissions.
Part of the ticket sales went to support the Beautiful Mind Project.
