(KNSI) – For the first time since the state of the pandemic, Minnesota is opening all of its driver exam stations.
The Minnesota Department of Public Safety Driver and Vehicle Service division (DPS-DVS) is in the process of opening all remaining 51 exam stations that were closed because of COVID-19. All 93 exam stations should be open and operating by January 31st.
Residents can make appointments within two weeks of an exam station opening. Minnesotans can find a complete list of locations and services online.
Below is a list of those exam stations scheduled to reopen in Central Minnesota in January.
The exam station in Foley opened on January 4th and will be open on the first Tuesday of the month from 8:30 a.m. – noon and 1 p.m. – 4:15 p.m. for Class D skill tests. Litchfield’s drivers exam station will open on January 25th. Sauk Centre’s exam station will open on January 26th on Wednesdays from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. – 4 p.m. Also, on January 26th, Little Falls will open its exam stations, and the Paynesville exam station will open on January 27th. Brainerd will open its office on January 31st.
