SAINT CLOUD (KNSI) —
The St. Cloud Apollo Eagles defeated the St. Cloud Tech Tigers 20-14 on Friday night.
The Eagles scored on their first play from scrimmage on a 50 yard touchdown reception from Andrew Karls to Mach Ruot.
Ruot scored again in the first half on a two yard touchdown reception.
Josh Russell found Garrison Murray on a 10 yard touchdown and the Tigers went into halftime down 14-8.
Andrew Karls scored on a twenty yard touchdown run extend the Apollo lead.
Andrew Gotwald found the end zone in the 4th quarter but it wasn’t enough as the Eagles came away with a 20-14 win.
Andrew Karls was named the All Star Trophy and Awards Player of the Game.
