Halloween Events Planned Across St. Cloud Area Through October 31st

(KNSI) — Halloween events and spooky fun abound across the St. Cloud area starting Saturday, October 24th, and running through Halloween night, with trunk or treats, a kids expo, and a haunted house on the schedule.

Saturday, October 24th, begins with the Kids and Parents Expo at the River’s Edge Convention Center in downtown St. Cloud from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Admission is free for kids 12 and under and $10 for adults. A Trunk or Treat follows at First Presbyterian Church in downtown St. Cloud from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Fall Festival at Hope Covenant Church runs from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

On Sunday, October 25th, the St. Joseph Meat Market is hosting the Lions Y2K Trunk or Treat from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Free Grace United Church in Foley hosts a Trunk or Treat from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Trick or Treating at The Sanctuary is set for Wednesday, October 28th, from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. The St. Cloud State University Husky Hockey Team has Treat Street Trick or Treating in the concourse at the Herb Brooks National Hockey Center from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Fans can skate with the Huskies from 6:00 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Skates are required, and rentals will be available in the pro shop.

On Thursday, October 29th, Lunds & Byerlys holds a Boo Blast from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Miller Auto hosts a Trunk or Treat Drive-Thru on Friday, October 30th, from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. Sell’s Auto has a Trunk or Treat from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Saturday, October 31st, has the most events. The annual Monster Dash 5K and 1K race starts at 8:30 a.m. at the Sartell Community Center. Costumes are encouraged. Indoor trick or treating follows from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. The Family Fun Fest at St. Cloud Financial Credit Union runs during the same hours. A Trunk or Treat at Legends takes place from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., and the Downtown Walk runs from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. The Sauk Rapids Police Department hosts its Trunk or Treat at 2:30 p.m. Life Assembly of God in St. Cloud hosts Treat Street from 4:15 p.m. to 7:15 p.m. That evening, a Haunted House and Pirate Ship Lights display is open at 1037 Sunset Ridge Road in St. Cloud from 6:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
