Stearns County Household Hazardous Waste Truck In Sauk Centre Wednesday, August 19th

(KNSI) – Stearns County’s Household Hazardous Waste mobile unit will be in Sauk Centre on Wednesday, August 19th.

The truck will be set up at 818 Centre Street from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., collecting hazardous household products that residents cannot put in the trash.

The mobile unit travels to communities across Stearns County during the collection season, giving residents an option closer to home than a trip to the county’s permanent household hazardous waste facility.

Residents planning to drop off materials should transport them in their original containers when possible and keep them secured in the trunk or cargo area during the drive.
