(KNSI) – Residents of Foley will see a change in their water bills this month.
According to city officials, Foley will start charging for water and sewer monthly instead of quarterly in January. In addition, rates for water will increase by $0.03 per 1000 gallons and sewer rates will climb $0.54 per 1000 gallons. Residents will notice the increase in their billing statement this month.
The Foley wastewater project is nearing the end of its public comment period. The goal is to complete permitting on the project and release bids, with construction to start this spring,
