(KNSI) – The city of Cold Spring is looking for the public’s opinion on a new public safety building.
The public comment meeting is January 11th, 6:30 p.m. at the city hall in Cold Spring.
According to city officials, plans are in the initial stage to build a 28,000 square foot facility to replace the current police and fire headquarters on eight acres of land on Sauk River Road.
The current building was built in 1984 and a space study in 2017 indicated the building has become too small to be effective.
