(KNSI) – The National Weather Service has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Warning for Northwestern Wright County, Northeastern Meeker County, Central Sherburne County, and Southeastern Stearns County.
This is in effect until 6:15 a.m. At 5:29 a.m., a severe thunderstorm was located 6 miles southeast of Rockville, or 9 miles south of St. Cloud, moving southeast at 45 miles an hour. 60 mph wind gusts and quarter-size hail.
St. Cloud, Clearwater, Clear Lake, Becker, Silver Creek, Buffalo, and Monticello are all in the path of this storm. Please seek shelter on the lowest level of your home or office.
