(KNSI) – A St. Cloud-area animal rescue is giving away supplies to pet owners in need of support for their furry friends.
Grey Face Gives, a part of Grey Face Rescue, will have its trailer in the Whitney Senior Center parking lot, 1527 Northway Drive, on Tuesday, August 25th, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The rescue will hand out pet food, toys and pet care items at no cost, and staff will be on hand to point owners toward other resources.
The event is open to everyone, and no registration is required.
Grey Face Gives says the trailer has been used more heavily than the organization anticipated, and it is asking for community help keeping it stocked. The rescue accepts donations of pet food and gently used pet supplies, including opened bags of food as long as they remain in the original packaging. Donations can be dropped off in the rescue’s vestibule during regular business hours or at its office Monday evenings from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The organization also maintains an Amazon wish list.
