(KNSI) — The summer live music season is here, and it kicks off tonight with the Powder Ridge Party on the Patio.

Face painting, the outdoor bar and food open at 5:00 p.m. Live music from Prairie Smoke and a meat raffle start at 5:30 p.m. The event is free and runs on the first Wednesday of the month through September.

Rock the Riverside at The Clearing in Sauk Rapids gets underway tomorrow. Opening act Wayside takes the stage at 5:30 p.m., with headliner Rhino following at 7:00 p.m. Rock the Riverside runs every Thursday night through the end of August.

Over in Cold Spring, Rock the River returns to Alexander Park, also starting tomorrow. Crystal Breeze opens at 5:30 p.m., and the evening will honor EMS workers, firefighters and police officers. Local food vendors and adult beverages from Third Street Brewhouse will also be on hand. Rock the River runs select Thursdays through August 20th.

The one that started it all, St. Cloud Rotary’s Summertime by George weekly concert series, opens June 17th at Eastman Park. The Locals kick things off at 5:30 p.m., with The Killer Vees headlining at 7:00 p.m. Middle Town Market brings food and vendor offerings, and Eastman Tavern is back with 100 percent of proceeds going to community projects. Little Georgetown returns with activities for the kids. Summertime by George runs Wednesdays through August 12th.
