(KNSI) – The Sherburne County Sheriff’s Office says a level three predatory offender is moving into a central Minnesota community.
They say 37-year-old David John Kangas plans to live in rural Princeton around 307th Avenue Northwest and 147th Street. He lived there back in 2021 after he was released from prison for sexually assaulting a teen girl.
Kangas has served his prison sentence imposed upon him by the court but must keep law enforcement informed of where he lives. Level three sex offenders are considered the most likely to reoffend.
