(KNSI) – Two CentraCare facilities in Stearns County were recently awarded milestone honors from the American Hospital Association.
CentraCare – St. Cloud Hospital was recognized for a century of membership in the organization. It was one of the earliest institutions to sign on as the AHA didn’t begin admitting hospitals to its ranks until 1919. CentraCare – Sauk Centre Hospital was applauded for 75 years of membership.
The awards were accepted by President and CEO Ken Holmen, along with high-ranking executives from Sauk Centre. Holmen says, “This recognition not only celebrates a century of partnership with the AHA, but also reflects our enduring commitment to compassionate, high-quality care for the communities we serve. He added, “We are proud to stand alongside the AHA in advancing health care and grateful for the generations of caregivers, leaders, and community members who have shaped our legacy.”
