(KNSI) – Despite winter weather putting a chill on trick or treating, little kids in costume will have plenty of chances to stuff their candy bags

The St. Cloud area boasts several free Halloween trunk-or-treat events on Thursday.

Crossroads Center is hosting Mall-O-Ween from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. It’s described as a night filled with crafts, trick-or-treating at stores, and tons of festive fun for the whole family.

Life Assembly of God church invites you to walk down Treat Street between 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. This indoor event features decorated booths handing out candy, laser tag, and hot cocoa. The event has been extended by an hour after lines were out the door last year.

Tenvoorde Ford in St. Cloud is holding a trunk-or-treat between 4:30 and 7:30 p.m., with a dance party, games, treats, and multiple prizes.

Sacred Heart Parish’s parking lot in Sauk Rapids will hold an event from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m.

Petra Evangelical Lutheran Church in Sauk Rapids will fill bags with treats in the parking lot from 5:00 to 6:30 p.m.
