Sauk Rapids-Rice Community Ed Director Nicole Wilke Named 2024 Educator of Excellence in Minnesota

(KNSI) – The Sauk Rapids-Rice School District’s community education director has been honored as one of the best in Minnesota.

Nicole Wilke is the 2024 Minnesota Community Education Association Region 9 Educator of Excellence award winner. She was celebrated over the weekend during a conference in Duluth.

According to District 47, community ed allows residents to learn new skills and stay active. Its goal is to raise the quality of life in the area. Community ed classes include learning archery, basketball, swimming, music, theatre, and 55+ driving classes. There are 24 options you can register for.
