(KNSI) – The Benton County Public Health Department has created a COVID-19 Vaccine Interest Survey for people over 65.
The survey is not meant for people to schedule appointments for vaccines but instead will be used to gauge interest and collect contact information so when different groups are eligible, it’s easier for people to be contacted to make an appointment. It’s also not meant for those living in long term care or assisted living facilities. Those populations are part of the priority 1A group already being vaccinated.
The survey takes about two minutes, and officials ask everyone over the age of 65 to fill one out. It only needs to be filled out once.
