According to a press release, the program will bring together cohorts of young leaders from across Minnesota to discuss pressing regional issues and strengthen their leadership capacity and organizational intent to deliver positive outcomes in our communities.

The GSDC took part in the program in 2019 and is asking for help finding young leaders to send to the MYALP program in the Spring of 2022 on the University of Minnesota campus.
