(KNSI) – The Minnesota State Fair starts in just a few weeks, and there are over 50 brand new beverages from which to choose at the 2021 Great Minnesota Get Together.

Lupulin Brewing in Big Lake is releasing a drink called Blue Razzmatazz. It is described as a colorful fusion of beer and blue raspberry, resulting in “perfectly balanced sweetness.” The Blue Razzmatazz can be found at Coasters in the southeast corner of Carnes Avenue and Liggett Street.

Another Lupulin Brewing creation on the list is the Key Lime Hypezig. It’s a take on the Leipzig German gose, which is traditionally a warm fermented beer from Goslar, Germany, which is brewed with at least half of the grain bill being malted wheat. Typical flavors in a gose are lemon, herbs, and salt. The Lupulin Brewing version is described as “slightly tart” and infused with key lime, vanilla, sea salt, and coriander. The Key Lime Hypezig can be found at Aldo’s, Sabino’s, Swine & Spuds and Snack House inside the Lee & Rose Warner Coliseum on Judson Avenue between Clough and Liggett Streets.

Third Street Brewhouse in Cold Spring has also created a beverage for the fair. Its Peach Tree Ale is an American-style golden lager with fresh peach flavor. That can be found at Giggles’ Campfire Grill on the southeast corner of Lee Avenue and Cooper Street at The North Woods.
