(KNSI) – A fourth suspect has been taken into custody in connection to the shooting death of a woman whose body was found on the side of a road in St. Cloud last week.
According to a press release from the St. Cloud Police Department, just after 10:00 Thursday night, police arrested a 36-year-old woman during a traffic stop in the area of Highway 10 and East St. Germain Street.
She is being held on pending charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder.
A 33-year-old St. Cloud woman already in custody on an unrelated charge of child endangerment is also being held on charges of aiding and abetting second-degree murder and aiding and abetting kidnapping.
Investigators say they learned about two other suspects and arrested them on Thursday afternoon.
A 26-year-old man was arrested in Apple Valley, and a 23-year-old man was taken into custody in Wisconsin near Wisconsin Dells.
Police say the four played a part in the death of 25-year-old Keisa Marie Lange, of Litchfield, whose body was found on June 3rd in the 4300 block of Cooper Avenue South.
Authorities are still investigating if her murder is connected to the June 2nd discovery of 28-year-old Janesa Lashay Harris was found shot to death in her apartment in the 1400 block of 12th Avenue North in St. Cloud.
KNSI News does not typically name suspects until they have been formally charged.
