(KNSI) — The Storm Prediction Center says a few severe thunderstorms are possible this afternoon and early evening from central Minnesota into northwest Wisconsin.
Forecasters have the region under a slight risk, level two on a five level scale.
Isolated tornadoes, large hail, and damaging winds are possible. Forecasters say wind conditions favor rotating storms, but limited moisture is the main uncertainty and could keep storms from becoming severe.
The main window is roughly 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
