(KNSI) — School’s Out for Summer, but these kids didn’t sign up to Take it Easy.
For two weeks, teens in grades six through 12 teamed up with local professional musicians, swapping summer sleep-ins for guitar riffs, drum fills, and harmonies they’ll be humming for months. Call it a Long Way to the Top, but they put in the work.
Now, here comes the payoff.
On August 6th, 2026, at 7:00 p.m., all that practice erupts onto the stage at the Paramount Center for the Arts in a concert loaded with the biggest hits from the 70s, 80s, 90s and 2000s. Big energy, bigger talent, and a whole lot of proof that these kids were Born to Run the stage. The next generation of rock stars is already tuning up, and they’re ready to Rock You Like a Hurricane.
So don’t Dream On about being there. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for students, plus a $3.50 processing fee and a $0.50 historic preservation fee. Find them here.
