(KNSI) – A missing four-year-old was found within minutes of an emergency alert going out in Stearns County Saturday afternoon.
The Stearns County Sheriff’s Office sent the alert at 3:55 p.m. on August 1st, saying the child was last seen in Belgrade and asking anyone who spotted the child to call 911.
A second alert went out two minutes later telling residents to disregard the first message because the child had been located.
The Sheriff’s Office has not released any further information about the circumstances of the disappearance.
