(KNSI) – A block of westbound 33rd Street South in St. Cloud will be closed Tuesday for road repairs.
Crews will be resurfacing the area where the water main was replaced about a month ago. It first broke in the spring, and a temporary fix was put in place near Southway Drive.
When the work is done, they’ll let the pavement settle and firm. Everything is expected to be back open at 7:00 a.m. Wednesday. A detour will be posted.
The resurfacing timeline is weather-dependent. Showers and thunderstorms are possible on Tuesday.
