(KNSI) – The St. Cloud Police Department is looking for two men accused of grabbing a teenage girl off the street and sexually assaulting her.
Investigators say on Wednesday, around 7:30 p.m., officers were called to the 1700 block of 16th Street Southeast for a 14-year-old girl who was assaulted. According to her statement, two men in a black SUV approached her while she was walking alone along University Drive Southeast.
She says they spoke for a brief moment when they jumped out and forced her into the SUV. The suspects drove a short distance to George Friedrich Park in the 1900 Block of University Drive Southeast, where they dragged her out of the vehicle, walked into a secluded, wooded area and forced her to make sexual contact.
No weapons were seen during this incident.
A short time later, the victim was able to escape and call 911. She did not sustain any physical injuries in the incident.
Officers have been unable to locate the suspects.
They are described as:
Suspect #1: Light-skinned black male, mid-20s, approximately 6 foot tall with a slim diamond-shaped face; wearing a black hat, gray pants, and a black sweatshirt.
Suspect #2: Light-skinned black male, mid-20s, more of a round face, and heavier set than Suspect #1.
The vehicle was a black SUV.
