(KNSI) — Downtown diners have another option for international cuisine.
Tequilatown Club & Latin Cuisine is open in the former DB Searles building at 18 5th Avenue South in St. Cloud.
Owner Mayra Gasca talked exclusively with KNSI News and described the menu. “We’re going to have Dominican cuisine, Mexican cuisine, and also some American. We’re planning on doing Latino nights and karaoke. Just come to the Fiesta [and] have fun.”
The new restaurant and bar will serve food on the third floor, rent the second floor for events and feature a bar on the first level. Gasca and her husband have over 20 years of restaurant experience, but tell KNSI this is their first venture into the industry on their own. “We’re [a] family business. We’re happy to have been here in St. Cloud for seven years now I believe. And we’re so excited to begin this journey.”
The kitchen is open seven days a week from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the dance club on the second floor is open late on weekends.
