St. Cloud Metro Bus Ask Riders to Thank Your Transit Professionals

(KNSI) – Complimenting St. Cloud Metro Bus workers could get you a free ride.

The bus company is launching its second annual Thank Your Transit Professionals program. Beginning Friday at noon, riders and community members are invited to submit positive reviews of operators, dispatchers, or other staff.

Compliments can be specific to one incident or reflect a general
appreciation of the transportation service. Metro Bus says the campaign will show appreciation to those who serve the communities and recognize their work.

As a token of Metro Bus’s appreciation, those who submit a compliment will be eligible to receive a $5.00 Metro Bus Smart Ride Ticket.

Compliments can be submitted by calling 320-257-4594 during normal business hours and through an online form.

The program ends at midnight on Sunday, October 15th.
