(KNSI) – Funeral arrangements have been finalized for a well-known St. Cloud area businessman.

The visitation and service for James “Jim” Feneis are on April 22nd at his Idle Ridge estate in Sauk Rapids. He died on March 9th at the age of 67. Jim started his career in the family business at East Side Oil Companies. He joined his brothers in starting First Fuel Banks in 1982. Jim was described as an entrepreneur at heart who also bought and rented properties. He recently purchased a tool and die company, Integrity Engineering and Manufacturing.

He established a foundation to preserve local history, automobiles, motorcycles, and more for many generations.

The visitation will be held at Jim’s home, Idle Ridge, on Saturday, April 22nd, 2023, from 1-6 PM, with a prayer service at 4:30 PM. Arrangments have been entrusted to the Miller Carlin Funeral Home.
