Police Searching for Missing Woman After A Shooting in St. Paul

(KNSI) – Police ask for the public’s help finding an 18-year-old woman who hasn’t been seen since a shooting incident on Sunday morning.

St. Paul Police Department is looking for help finding Hsa Law Yaw Say. Police were called to the 1500 block of Fellows Lane on the report of shots being fired. Hsa was in the area at that time.

Officers arrived and said they found evidence of a shooting, but Hsa was not there and has not been heard from since. Police say she is possibly wearing a black sweater or leather jacket and jeans.
