(KNSI) — The Central Minnesota Builders Association is busy getting ready for the 2022 spring tour of homes. This year’s tour is March 18th – 20th and March 25th – 27th. Homebuilders will feature 14 homes on this spring’s tour. CMBA Director Dave Werschay of Werschay Homes says the tour is an excellent opportunity to start a relationship with a builder. “When you’re building a home, it’s a relationship; it’s a process. You want to meet the builder, you want to see if you’re gonna get along with this person that you’re gonna hang out with for months maybe longer. Yeah, it’s important.”
The homes are scattered throughout Avon, Cold Spring, St. Augusta, St. Cloud, Sartell, and Sauk Rapids. Eleven different builders built the houses, and Werschay expects no two homes to be alike.
