(KNSI) – An array of events around St. Cloud are set for the 2021 St. Cloud Pride Week.
St. Cloud Pride Week, now in its 12th year, is typically held around the third weekend of September.
In 2020, nearly all of the St. Cloud Pride Week events were held virtually due to COVID-19.
This year, Pride Week kicks off with a Pride Skate at Skatin’ Place St. Cloud from 5 to 8 p.m. on Monday. Then on Tuesday, a Pride and Peace Walk is planned to start at 5:30 p.m. at the Great River Regional Library.
Other events include three different drag shows, a puppy parade, a youth dance party and a Pride Hike. The week wraps up with the St. Cloud Pride Parade, which will start at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 19th. The route runs from West St. Germain at 4th Avenue South to right on 9th Avenue to 1st Street North.
