Man Accused of Trying To Meet Teen In St. Cloud for Sex

(KNSI) – A man is accused of trying to meet an underage girl in St. Cloud for sex.

Joshua Ramacher is charged in Stearns County District Court with three counts of solicitation of a minor through electronic communications.

According to the criminal complaint, the 27-year-old from Big Lake thought he was talking to a 15-year-old girl but instead communicated with an undercover officer with the Central Minnesota Human Trafficking Task Force.

Investigators say Ramacher made contact and allegedly asked if she liked older guys and knew she was 15-years-old.

After agreeing to meet at a St. Cloud, Ramacher allegedly sent the undercover officer lewd photos of himself.

On Friday, Ramacher was arrested at the meeting point.

Bond was set at $20,000, and he was released from jail on Monday.
