(KNSI) – Wisconsin authorities have put out an alert for a homicide suspect who is at large and is driving a vehicle with Minnesota license plates.
The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office says law enforcement found a woman dead on Wednesday morning near Highway 8 close to the town of Pelican, Wisconsin. She died from a gunshot wound. Authorities say the suspect, 30-year-old Christopher Terrell Anderson, is driving a white 2005 Chrysler PT Cruiser that has Minnesota license plates 187NXC.
The alert does not indicate whether or not Anderson is a Minnesota resident.
The sheriff’s office says the suspect is considered armed and dangerous. If anyone sees him or the vehicle, the sheriff’s office says not to approach him and to call 911 or the Oneida County authorities directly at 715-361-5201.
