New Foods, Vendors Coming to 2021 Minnesota State Fair

(KNSI) – The Minnesota State Fair is back on for 2021, and there will be new vendors and food offerings for fairgoers to choose from.

The fair released its list of new foods on Tuesday, and the lineup includes savory meals like Green Mill’s Pizza Lucy and Hot Indian’s Paneer Pakora. New sweet treats at the fair include the Blue Raspberry Blitzed from Sara’s Tipsy Pies and chocolate-covered strawberries and wine-infused brownie bites on a stick from Minnesota Wine County.

A handful of new vendors will make their state fair debut this year, too, like Scenic 61 by New Scenic Cafe. It’ll be offering sashimi tuna tacos. Other new vendors include Andy’s Garage, which serves up vegan corn dogs, and Fluffy’s Hand Cut Donuts, which offers a jumbo donut sundae, and Summer Lakes Beverages, which serves mocktails.
