(KNSI) – Four people have been charged with rioting after a shooting in downtown St. Cloud that left a 17-year-old wounded.

According to court records, 30-year-old Ashley Marie Katzmarek, 25-year-old Antwon Lusion Jenkins, 43-year-old Charmaine Felicia Duncan, from St. Cloud, and 19-year-old Sumaree Deashon Boose from Waite Park, face felony riot charges.

Police were patrolling near the Centre Square Parking Ramp around 1 a.m. on June 20 when a cop saw a fight involving a large group of people in a parking lot near 1st Street and 5th Avenue South.

According to the criminal complaints, the officer said he saw a man raise his arm and fire a gun towards the parking ramp.

Investigators say a 17-year-old boy was found on the second level of the parking ramp with a gunshot wound to his right elbow and foot.

The teenager told police he was in the parking ramp when he saw a man holding a gun. The teen says he was shot as he ran away.

Several other people were involved in what police described as multiple fights in the parking lot.

Court records indicate that several suspects physically obstructed officers, and one unidentified man punched an officer in the head.

According to the criminal complaint, three others are involved, including a 20-year-old man suspected of being the shooter.

At this time, the suspected shooter isn’t facing charges and hasn’t been arrested.

Katzmarek is also accused of possessing a gun after being convicted of aiding and abetting a robbery in 2011.

Boose is also charged with being in a riot after a large fight in June 2020 at Go For It Gas in St. Cloud.

Boose is also charged with stealing a handgun, 2nd-degree assault with a dangerous weapon, and reckless discharge of a gun within the city.

Those charges are connected to an incident in April 2020 where Boose is accused of stealing a woman’s handgun and then firing shots before leaving her apartment.

Boose was found not guilty by a Stearns County jury in May of assaulting a police officer. That trial stemmed from an incident in June of 2020 where Boose and a St. Cloud Police Officer got into a struggle over a gun, and the gun went off.

The officer suffered a wound to his hand, and Boose suffered an injury to his chin.
