(KNSI) – A Stearns County man who admitted sexually assaulting two
girls multiple times has been sentenced.

Elliot James Hill was sentenced to 14-years in prison on Thursday. He will be required to register as a predatory offender for life after he’s released.

Hill was given credit for 941 days in jail.

The 39-year-old Sauk Centre man pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal sexual conduct in the first degree in March.

Hill made a Norgaard plea meaning, he claimed not to remember committing the crime but doesn’t dispute that he committed the crime.

Court records show Hill assaulted the girls, who were under the age of 13, multiple times in 2018 at his home in Sauk Centre.

Hill told investigators he was an alcoholic and would drink every day and often drank until he blacked out.
