(KNSI) – A 48-year-old St. Cloud man is currently in jail for drug and weapons charges after authorities say he was selling methamphetamine in St. Cloud and Onamia.

A criminal complaint says the Central Minnesota Violent Offender Task Force found that Daniel Joseph McNinch allegedly sold meth from his home in St. Cloud and from another home in Onamia. Authorities say McNinch was receiving “wholesale” quantities of meth by mail, and a confidential informant purchased meth several times earlier this year.

A search of his home and vehicles revealed more than three pounds of meth, packaging materials, cash, cell phones, ammunition, and three guns, one of which had been stolen, authorities say.

McNinch was arrested and is now in the Stearns County Jail on $700,000 bond and is charged with first-degree aggravated controlled substance crime, first-degree sale of cocaine or meth and possessing a dangerous weapon after a previous conviction. He has a hearing set for June 14th.
