(KNSI) - Football is all about momentum and this week's winner may have the most momentum this area has ever seen.

In a span of eight days, Troy Feddema scored nine touchdowns and amassed more than 500 yards from scrimmage.

Feddema's efforts against Sartell garnered a CLC Performer of the Week Award and he was in the running for the same award after his game against Sauk Rapids-Rice

One would barely know that Feddema suffered an injury last season after seeing that he has 767 yards from scrimmage and 11-total touchdowns this season.

Head coach Jon Benson knows how special Feddema is and what he is capable of.

"[Troy is a] tough kid who has finally put last year's injury behind him, he had run a bit gingerly to this point; he ran violently again on Friday."

After Friday's game against Sauk Rapids-Rice, Feddema is now seventh all-time receiver in Tech Tigers' history and 12th in rushing yards all-time.

With one of the greatest offenses in the area, Benson and tech will most assuredly lean on Feddema much more as the season progresses.

Feddema and the Tech Tigers are currently 3-1 on the year and will face another tough opponent this Friday night when they travel to Bemidji to take on the Lumberjacks.

Congratulations, Troy and good luck to you ans the St. Cloud Tech Tigers Football Team the rest of the season and beyond!
