Wind Chill Advisory, Winter Storm Watch Issued For St. Cloud

(KNSI) - The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory and a Winter Storm Watch for Central Minnesota.
The advisory goes from 9 p.m. on Wednesday to 9 a.m. on Thursday when wind chills are expected to go as low as 30 below zero.
Forecasters say exposed skin can freeze in as little as 10 minutes in those conditions.
The Winter Storm Watch goes from Friday morning until noon on Saturday.
Meteorologists say the St. Cloud area could see six to nine inches of snow and wind speeds of nearly 45-miles-per-hour.
The heaviest snow is expected Friday afternoon.
