(AP) - Minnesota State Auditor Julie Blaha is taking a tour of the state, and she's stopping in St. Cloud.
She is calling it the "State of Main Street Listening Tour".
Blaha will travel to different locations to meet with the public about understanding the trends facing local government.
She says public feedback is needed to make sure everyone is heard. Blaha will be at the St. Cloud City Council Chambers on Thursday.
The meeting is set for 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
According to a press release from Blaha's office, the listening sessions will include a review of statewide trends found in the State Auditor's most recent city, county, and township reports.
Following the approximately 30 minute review with the State Auditor, a panel comprised of leaders in local government will be providing the regional reality for the trends found as well as fielding questions from the audience.
