Police: Man Choked Woman, Hit Man With Crowbar

(KNSI) - A Cold Spring man is accused of choking a woman and hitting a man in the head with a crowbar.
Police say 36-year-old Timothy Scott Prince got into an argument with the woman on February 28th after he accused her of cheating on him.
The woman says they were riding in a vehicle when Prince allegedly punched her in the face.
According to a criminal complaint, When the two got home Prince started to choke the woman and she couldn't breathe for about 30 seconds.
The woman says she thought he was going to kill her.
On March 7th, police say the victim and a man went to the Cold Spring home to get some of the woman's things.
According to the complaint, when they got inside the house, Prince and another man came out of the bathroom and attacked the other man.
Witnesses say Prince hit the man in the head with a crowbar and with a two by four board.
The victim suffered several large cuts to the back of his head and a bloody nose.
Police say they found a crowbar hidden in the house with blood on the end.
Prince has been charged with 2nd degree assault with a weapon, domestic assault by strangulation, and four counts of domestic assault.
Bond was set at $150,000. His next court hearing is Thursday.
