(KNSI) - St. Cloud police will hold a public information meeting on a level three predatory offender moving to the city.

Police say 19-year-old Okello Ojulu Gillo will be moving into the 100-block of 12th Avenue North on December 26th.

The informational meeting about him is at 7 PM on Wednesday, December 18th, at the St. Cloud Police Department. Level three offenders are considered the most likely to re-offend.

When Gillo was 16, he attacked and sexually assaulted a 45-year-old woman after she got off a bus in the 500-block of 8th Avenue North in St. Cloud on January 15th, 2016.

Gillo forced the woman to the ground, fondled her, hit her in the head and body, and then dragged her to the side of an apartment building.

Someone living in the apartment building heard the woman screaming for help and chased off Gillo.

Surveillance video led to his arrest, and he admitted to attacking the woman in an attempt to steal her purse.

He pleaded guilty to attempted 1st-degree robbery and 4th-degree criminal sexual conduct.

In December of 2017, he was sentenced to 24 months in prison.
