(KNSI) – A level three predatory offender has moved to St. Cloud.
According to the St. Cloud Police Department, Dwaine Robert Smith has relocated to the 100-block of 12th Avenue North.
The 59-year-old has a history of sexaully assaulting boys.
Police say he raped, molested, and exposed himself to minors in Benton County in 2009.
The St. Cloud Police Department will be posting a community notification video sometime this week.
Smith has served his sentence and was released from prison in February.
He will be under supervised release until August of 2023.
