(KNSI) – It’s official. A Raising Cane’s is set to open in St. Cloud in October 2021.
The restaurant will be at 2635 West Division Street in the old Ciatti’s Ristorante location. Ciatti’s closed in January of 2018, and the building was torn down in July of 2020.
Hiring is underway and already. The restaurant’s opening will create 90 full and part-time jobs.
In a press release, Raising Cane’s Area Leader of Restaurants, Jessica Mohanna, says the company is excited to expand its brand outside of the Twin Cities area. The St. Cloud Raising Cane’s location will be its 12th in the state but first to feature a multi-lane drive-thru.
Raising Cane’s was named the “Fastest Growing Chicken Chain” by Nation’s Restaurant News in 2020.
